And iced coffee #2, enjoyed on the way to work!
As with the last couple of weeks, breakfast was a yogurt bowl eaten once I arrived at work. On Monday, it was Chobani coconut Greek yogurt with vanilla Chex and cherries.
My morning snack was the same from last week… a clementine and raw almonds.
I went out to lunch with some coworkers, so no picture taking happened. We went out for Mexican and I ate some chips and salsa and had chicken tortilla soup. I normally love tortilla soup, but this was just okay. Thank goodness there were chips and salsa!
On my way home from work, I had a few apple slices and baby carrots. Excuse the old picture, but minus the larabar this was the looks of my afternoon snack.
Dinner was leftovers that were thrown together not long after I walked in the door from work. I had made Alysia’s Spinach Turkey Meatballs for dinner Friday night. They were delicious and we had leftovers all weekend and Monday! I cut them up and added them to a huge veggie salad. I created somewhat of a taco salad with Trader Joe’s salsa verde & TJ’s Chunky Guacamole with Greek Yogurt and crunched up Food Should Taste Good multigrain chips.
My after dinner snack was an unpictured bowl of cinnamon Chex with blueberries and almond milk. Just a little something to keep my tummy from rumbling right after I get into bed.
