TGIF!! Happy March!! Okay….wasn’t it just Christmas? How is it already March?
I’m super pumped, though….only one more week and I have a week off for Spring Break! No big plans, but it will just be so nice to relax and not have to spend all day at work.
Let’s get to the facts……
I made the above Cho-tastic pancakes courtesy of http://www.everydaybelle.com/2011/06/greek-yogurt-pancakes/ and they were delish. I used whole wheat flour and plain nonfat Chobani. I calculated the calories at 390 for the whole recipe; which made 4 medium and two smaller pancakes.
Speaking of Cho, Chobani is one of the most awesome companies ever! Christmas came in March, when I received this package on my doorstep Wednesday. I’m fully stocked and ready to create some new recipes courtesy of Chobani. {They also have a really great pinterest page.}
Oh my gosh…The Heart is a Lonely Hunter is awful. It is soooo boring!! But I am absolutely loving Gone Girl! I’m about half way through and I’m always anxious to read more.
I have always wanted to try using avocado in a dessert recipe and this chocolate pie looks amaaaazzzzinggg. My family goes crazy for chocolate pie!
Every blogger should check out The Definitive Guide to Using Images on Your Blog. This post if VERY informative….I will be referring back to it, for sure.
I’m so excited to be signed up for the Color me Rad 5k that is taking place in May. These races look so fun!!
I’ve seriously been considering buying a Nike Fuelband. Anyone have one? What is your experience with it?
What are you guys up to tonight? Madelyn has another dance competition tonight….wish her luck! Hopefully this one goes just as well as last weekend.
Something to think about…..
Anyone have the same book experience with The Heart is a Lonely Hunter and Gone Girl?
Do you LOVE Chobani as much as I do?
Anyone vacationing for Spring Break?

Yay for March! February flew by and I am SO not complaining about it. March = Spring AND my birthday, so it has to be a good month, right?
I love the idea of using Chobani in pancakes. Super creative. Not to mention the fact that those look AMAZING!!
I just started Gone Girl not too long ago and am on page 100. It doesn’t quite have me “hooked” yet, but I have heard such great things about it that I know it is bound to happen here soon.

I live in Canada and we don’t get chobani, unfortunately.
That’s too bad! I wouldn’t be surprised if they start selling it in Canada soon another reader said that they now have it in Australia.
Yum those pancakes look amazing! What did you top them with? Looks like blueberries and pom seeds anything else?
I love Chobani too they just brought it to Australia and I’m loving it

Jan @ J Cooks Healthy Sweet and Sour Tofu
Thanks, Jan! I topped them with a little bit of my snickerdoodle cashew butter and maple syrup along with the blueberries and pom seeds. Yay for Chobani!
