My New Favorite At Home Workout

Good morning, guys!! Not such a good morning here….I’m fasting, so that I can get my blood checked this morning at the school. I DO NOT like waiting on breakfast or coffee. I’m taking some overnight oats and coffee with me, so all should be good soon.

On Sunday, I told you about Julie’s Heart Pounding Cardio Workout that I slightly adapted. I’ve adapted it a little further to make it harder; as if it wasn’t hard enough!

I did this workout last night and I dare you to do all of those wall sits for the full minute!

And now to completely change the subject……

I was reading this book; The Heart is a Lonely Hunter, by Carson McCullers and I just cannot get into it. Has anyone else read this book and if so, what were your thoughts? I hate not finishing a book that I’ve started, especially after I’ve paid for it. I’m almost halfway through it and it’s just not getting any better {in my opinion}. Anyone have any suggestions of awesome books that you’ve read recently?

Here’s some books on my to-read list….which one should I pick or do you have another suggestion?

The Art of Hearing Heartbeats, by Jan Phillipp Sendker

Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail, Cheryl Strayed

Still Missing, by Chevy Stevens

The Last Letter from your Lover: A Novel, by Jojo Moyes

Still Alice, by Alice Genova

Left Neglected, by Alice Genova

Home Front, by Kristin Hannah

Lone Wolf, by Jodi Picoult

The Dry Grass of August, by Anna Jean Mayhew

I need your opinions! Help me out!

See you back here tomorrow for What I Ate Wednesday!!

  1. Hmm I haven’t heard of any of those but I feel like you can’t go wrong with a good read. I always find it so relaxing to sit down and read !

  2. Ooo, I was so excited to see your “to read” book list! I am currently compiling a list of my own, and I cannot wait to look up some of the books that you have mentioned and add some to my list. Now that I am finished with school and have free time to read I am having so much fun discovering and reading books for leisure. I almost forgot just how fun it can be! ;)
